(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、本项目接受联合投标，联合投标须符合招标文件规定：提交联合投标协议且格式符合招标文件要求，组成联合体投标的供应商数量最多不超过 2 家。联合体各方不得再单独参加或者与其他供应商另外组成联合体参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.
